When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, company name (optional), work email address, the topic you'd like to discuss, and your message. This information is stored securely in our database and used only to respond to your enquiry.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

We use the information you submit through our contact form to:

• Respond to your enquiry about ZENO, partnerships, or business software
• Understand what visitors are interested in, so we can improve this website
• Maintain a record of enquiries for our own internal reference

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Analytics

This website may use Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived here. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you personally. Analytics data may be subject to Google's own privacy practices.

Contact form submissions are stored using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), hosted in a Firebase project operated by Alphatronix. Our database access rules only permit new enquiries to be created — visitors cannot read, edit, or delete submitted data. We retain enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business records, after which we may delete them.

6. Third-party services

This website is hosted on Vercel and uses Google Firebase for data storage and analytics. These providers may process data on our behalf as part of delivering their services, under their own respective privacy and security practices.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you have submitted to us by emailing raviiktyagi@alphatronix.in. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
